Sales Administrator - Part Time (25 hours)

As a Sales Administrator, you will guide customers through the sales journey, converting inquiries into revenue and delivering world‑class customer experiences. You will gain in‑depth knowledge of our products, collaborate with operations, and ensure customers receive what they need on time and within budget.

Typical Day
  • Administer customer orders with great attention to detail.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Be curious about customers’ needs to upsell and cross‑sell effectively.
  • Assist customers in navigating our digital channels for maximum convenience.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with our products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Handle all customer requests within agreed SLAs and support logistics queries.
  • Make recommendations to customers and support the ordering process.
  • Coordinate third‑party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prioritize preferred suppliers in line with contracts, aiming to maintain positive margins.
  • Negotiate with suppliers when needed to optimize contract costs.
  • Educate customers on our diverse divisions to enhance service value.
  • Meet and exceed key KPIs, including job completion rates and margins.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in hire or building materials sales environments is preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, providing high‑quality experiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving results through building relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Resilience and tenacity to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Driving license preferable.
