Senior Sales Executive – Premium House builder
Worcester, England
Salary: £38,000 base plus up to £60,000 OTE. Paid mileage. Flexible weekends with 1 off in 4.
This permanent role is based on site in a busy sales and marketing suite. Lead generation is key and you will be self‑motivated to convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers on site
- Qualify customer details and requirements
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries
- Take customers on viewings
- Advise customers on the sales journey and progress sales
- Ensure the sales suite is presentable
- Money to be made on extras and choices
- New‑homes sales experience with a house builder or developer
- Access to reliable transport and a valid UK driving licence
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Excellent customer service focus and sales orientation
- Immaculate appearance and presentation
- Availability to work on weekends
