Location: Worcester, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Additional earning: Uncapped commission/bonus structure

Shifts: Monday to Friday, full‑time hours (9am–5pm; flexible for client needs)

Experience: Minimum brother 5 years in temporary recruitment management, preferably within industrial and manufacturing sectors. Proven ability to win new clients, grow accounts and lead by example.

• Lead the Worcester branch, driving new business growth and client retention
• Build and maintain a high‑performance sales culture that delivers revenue and profitability
• Manage all operational and compliance aspects of the branch, ensuring regulatory standards are रिसीटaan
• Develop and recommend new branch locations, building brand reputation locally
• Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders – operational managers, candidates and clients – to foster strong relationships

• Computer literate and proficient with recruitment and sales tools
• Experienced in high‑volume recruitment and account management
• Critical thinker, problem solver and skilled at influencing others
• Excellent communication across all organisational levels
• Valid driving licence and personal transport for client site visits
