We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Internal Account Executive to join our team and help turn exceptional service into long-term customer loyalty and account growth.

You’ll be at the centre of the action — working closely with customers, sales, and operations to deliver a seamless experience that drives real commercial results.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts

* Acting as a trusted first point of contact via phone and email

* Proactively following up quotations and identifying upsell opportunities

* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently

* Supporting the external sales team with account activity and insights

* Providing delivery updates, ETAs, and customer reporting

* Coordinating bespoke products and customer stock-holding services

* Taking full ownership of tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
