Sales Advisor – South West Region

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join us in our South West Region, based in our Sales Offices around Gloucestershire and Worcester.

• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the product, construction, local information, competitors, unique selling points, and relevant regulations.
• Ensuring Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy are adhered to and informing visitors about PPE requirements.
• Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, updating and progressing all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
• Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support sales, ensuring purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target-driven with good self-motivation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks.
• A full UK driving licence.
