Basic salary of £25,000
Uncapped OTE exceeding £75,000

Duties as a Car Sales Executive:

Engage with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions to understand their vehicle needs
Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer preferences and requirements
Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective buyers
Negotiate vehicle sales and finance packages to meet sales targets as a Car Sales Executive
Complete all relevant sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Working towards individual and team sales targets to drive dealership success

Requirements:

Proven sales experience within the motor trade is preferred
Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Passion for the automotive industry and ongoing professional development
Well-presented with a professional approach
Full UK driving licence is essential
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends on a rota basis
