Sales Negotiator

• Up to £26,000 basic salary dependent on experience
• Tailored commission structure – OTE of £30,000 (uncapped)

• Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
• Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
• Manage client records and feedback through our system
• Market new stock across multiple media platforms
• Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
• Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly

• Previous estate agency experience preferred; minimum of two years customer service experience considered
• Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships
• Proactive, go-getter attitude – thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Solid IT skills & attention to detail
• Well-presented and professional approach
• Punctuality & great organisational skills
• Valid driving licence and access to own car
