About Millison Chase LimitedMillison Chase Limited is a fast-growing independent recruitment agency based in Redditch, specialising in temporary staffing solutions across logistics, industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
We supply temporary and permanent workforce solutions to businesses across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the M5 corridor including Bristol Avon.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business within logistics, industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
- Sell temporary staffing, contract labour, and recruitment solutions to B2B clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the West Midlands and M5 corridor.
- Conduct outbound sales activity including calls, emails, Linked In outreach, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify workforce requirements and match clients with recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with internal recruitment delivery teams.
- Manage key accounts and grow revenue per client.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition.
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong track record of winning new business and generating revenue.
- Experience with in logistics, industrial, warehousing, or commercial recruitment (highly desirable).
- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and commercially focused.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- £28,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission (5%–7.5%).
- On Target Earnings (OTE) £35,000+.
- 30 days annual leave.
- Monday–Friday working hours with early Friday finish.
