We are looking for a driven, professional Sales Executive to join our close-knit Worcester team. If you want a fast-paced role where your contribution directly impacts business growth, this is the perfect opportunity.

The Role

Working closely with our Head of Sales and account managers, you will be involved in multiple aspects of the sales process. You will help us expand our global customer base by qualifying inbound enquiries, researching prospects, managing our CRM, and supporting international industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Administer inbound enquiries efficiently, engage with prospects to qualify opportunities, and proactively source new business leads via online research and Linked In.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain meticulously accurate customer records, ensuring full compliance with CRM workflows and GDPR guidelines.
  • Event & Industry Engagement: Support the planning, travel logistics, and materials for international exhibitions and client visits. You may also get the opportunity to attend UK and international events!
  • Onboarding & Collaboration: Act as a client advocate to ensure smooth handovers to internal teams, and support the Key Account Manager with client retention and growth.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, helping maintain pipeline visibility for weekly and monthly forecasts.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • Office Experience: Proven work experience in a professional office environment.
  • Sales/Customer Service: Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong PC literacy (MS Office) and comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable approach.
  • Aviation Interest: An interest in aviation is helpful, but full training on our products and software will be provided!
