Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:
Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

• First‑and‑foremost, Sales Executives buy cars and ensure the efficient running of their branches; you are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back‑office and work colleagues as needed.

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
