Wren Kitchens in Worcester is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to join our Worcester Showroom. You’ll meet and greet customers, design inspirational kitchens and bedrooms, and manage the end-to-end journey. Design experience isn’t essential—pro‑active, target-driven approach is key.
This role is 40 hours per week, with a base salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £50k. It includes world-class training and progression opportunities within a supportive team.
