Sell new and used vehicles, accessories, finance, and related products
Increase sales figures by achieving and exceeding targets
Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery times and address any delays proactively
Collect payments and resolve customer queries efficiently prior to releasing vehicles
Explain warranty policies and service arrangements to customers
Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in car sales is preferred; recent backgrounds will be considered
Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service or retail sales performance
Professional attitude with excellent communication skills and a helpful manner
Driven, energetic, and committed to maximising sales opportunities
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
A positive attitude with the motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
