£30-32k + £6k car allowance + bonus | Full-time | Permanent

Love being out on the road, meeting new people and turning conversations into sales? This role gives you the freedom to build your territory, win new business and grow strong customer relationships.

An established, successful business are looking for a driven Business Development & Account Executive to join their team. You’ll focus on new business generation while managing and developing an existing customer portfolio.

• Win new business through prospecting, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings
• Call into potential customers and build your own pipeline
• Manage and grow an existing customer base
• Identify any sales opportunities and drive account development
• Hit agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow‑up
• Keep accurate records and track performance
• Stay up to date with products and industry trends

• Someone who enjoys being out on the road and meeting customers
• Confident, proactive and commercially aware
• Strong communicator with great follow‑up skills
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• A genuine new‑business hunter who also values account management
• Experience selling to contract caterers, hotels or restaurants is a bonus

• £32,000+ basic salary (DOE)
