Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights mixed rota)

Pay: 13.45 per hour

Location: Worcester (candidates must be based locally or within a reasonable commuting distance)

Overview

Anchor Group Services is currently inviting expressions of interest for future Security Officer opportunities at a well-established site in Worcester.

While there are no immediate vacancies we are progressing through a process with a potential mobilisation in the coming months. As part of this we are keen to engage with the local talent pool and connect with suitably qualified security professionals in advance.

Duties will include:

• Protecting the clients property people and assets by locking/unlocking customer premises and controlling access to the site
• Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents.
• Completing reports by recording observations information occurrences and surveillance activities
• Maintaining organisations stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors to site providing a professional and friendly service.
• Ensuring all site-specific procedures are followed and the companys image is maintained to an exceptional standard
• Understanding the needs of our customer respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action
• Maintaining professional conduct at all times

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
• CCTV licence (desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident handling incidents and conflict situations
• Reliable professional and well-presented
• Full 5-year checkable work history
