Multi Trade Operative
Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd – specialists in serving the social housing market.
We are looking for experienced Multi Traders to handle a range of trades such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen & bathroom installs, painting and decorating. The role involves maintaining effective working relationships with clients and customers, ensuring a safe environment for site staff and residents, and presenting a customer‑facing professional appearance.
Base pay rangePay range is provided by Baillie Reynolds Maintenance; the actual pay will be based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities- Confident in all trades such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen & bathroom installs, painting and decorating.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers.
- Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
- Present a smart and professional appearance as a customer‑facing business.
- Social housing background preferred but not essential.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Full driving licence.
- Pay structure: PAYE (salary) or self‑employed (per hour); details discussed upon application.
- Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers.
- Monday‑Friday, 08:00–16:30.
- Weekend work optional.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
