We are looking for experienced Multi Traders to handle a range of trades such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen & bathroom installs, painting and decorating. The role involves maintaining effective working relationships with clients and customers, ensuring a safe environment for site staff and residents, and presenting a customer‑facing professional appearance.

Pay range is provided by Baillie Reynolds Maintenance; the actual pay will be based on experience and skills.

• Confident in all trades such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen & bathroom installs, painting and decorating.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers.
• Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
• Present a smart and professional appearance as a customer‑facing business.

• Social housing background preferred but not essential.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full driving licence.

• Pay structure: PAYE (salary) or self‑employed (per hour); details discussed upon application.
• Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers.
• Monday‑Friday, 08:00–16:30.
• Weekend work optional.
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
