Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide a flexible combination of community-based support, specialist one-to-one interventions, family support, workshops, group programmes and practical help in homes, schools and community settings.
Using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches, you will help children, young people and families improve emotional wellbeing, develop practical strategies, build resilience and increase participation in education, family life and their local communities.
