• Process referrals from partner agencies, parents, and carers, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments and make well-informed recommendations in accordance with the Worcestershire Levels of Need Guidance.
• Participate in the duty rota, handling urgent safeguarding enquiries and escalated calls.
• Complete Request For Information's and manage subject access requests, ensuring information sharing is in the best interest of all parties.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and group supervisions, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Possess a recognised Social Work qualification and valid Social Work England registration.
• Have a minimum of two years post-ASYE year experience in children's services.
• Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, Worcestershire Levels of Need Guidance, and current policy developments.
• Display excellent communication, analytical, and partnership-working skills, with the ability to make sound decisions swiftly.
