This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Development Engineer to take charge of a talented development team, drive innovation, and oversee projects from concept through to production within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

Lead, manage and develop the Software Development team Drive the research, specification and development of innovative software and digital products Oversee scalable software and embedded firmware development using structured development processes Plan team workloads and communicate project progress to key stakeholders Maintain software development best practices, documentation and quality standards Manage software development projects and coordinate with OEM partners
