Forklift Driver​/Warehouse Operative

Adecco are on the lookout for a dedicated Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our client based in the Hartlebury area. The role is working day shifts, Monday to Friday.

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse and externally
• Load and unload trucks with precision and care
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is stored correctly
• Regular manual handling of up to 20kg
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Valid counter balance forklift licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work and multi‑task throughout the day
