Temporary Management Accountant

Location: WorkingtonContract: Temporary | 12 WeeksStart Date: Immediate

We're recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a busy finance team on a 12-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support during a busy period.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support the month-end close process.
• Produce financial analysis and management information.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial support and insight.

• Previous experience in a Management Accountant role.
• AAT qualified, part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA), or qualified by experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.
