Adecco Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Senior on behalf of a well-established and growing accountancy practice with a strong presence across Carlisle and West Cumbria.

The RoleAs an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting services and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparation and review of management accounts
- Corporation tax and personal tax compliance work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Acting as a key point of contact for client queries
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Assisting clients with business and financial matters
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- ACA or ACCA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
- Strong accounts preparation experience
- Good understanding of UK accounting and tax requirements
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Salary of £45,000 - £49,500
