• Play a key role in shaping the financial success of a landmark nuclear infrastructure project.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering packages, analysing drawings and specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop competitive bids, and identifying cost risks and opportunities.
• Support tender presentations and client negotiations, maintaining estimating databases to ensure compliance with governance standards.

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator on major infrastructure projects (£50m+).
• Extensive knowledge of NEC contracts and UK construction cost frameworks.
• A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearance.

• Experience in nuclear or highly regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with estimating software and digital cost management tools.
• Background in civil engineering and reinforced concrete structures.
