In this role, you will use your industry experience to deliver Construction and Civil Engineering training across both practical sessions and classroom-based learning.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress and support students in developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required for successful careers within the construction and civil engineering sectors. Alongside this, you will receive full support to gain recognised teaching qualifications while working within an experienced and supportive team. This role would suit a Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or similar with a Level 3 qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent, looking to move into teaching with full training, excellent work-life balance and long-term career progression.

The Role:

Deliver Construction and Civil Engineering training across practical and classroom-based sessions Plan lessons, schemes of work and learning materials Assess learner progress and provide feedback and support Monitor learner achievement and outcomes Support curriculum delivery and course development Gain recognised teaching qualifications with full funding and support
