Primary Teacher – Workington

Humly is recruiting a Primary Teacher to join a primary school on both short-term and long-term basis.

This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible and continuing for flexible durations. This role would suit an experienced teacher looking to provide high-quality teaching and learning support in a dynamic primary school environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum

* Assess and monitor pupil progress to inform planning and interventions

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment

* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and develop teaching resources

* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

* Communicate with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and well-being

What You’ll Bring

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching across key stages in primary education

* Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills

* Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners

* Effective communication and teamwork skills

* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Pay
Non-AWR: £120+ per day
AWR (from week 13): £168.80 – £232.57 per day (M1 – M6)
