Hours of work: 40 Hours Per Week - Fully Site Based

Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
As the Project Controls Manager you will manage, administer and maintain the Project Cost Forecasting & Cost Management systems.
You will develop a suitable control system in order to assist in cost, time and performance management.
You will be responsible for managing project costs including planning, developing, controlling and forecasting the projects budgets.
You will co-ordinate and submit KPI information to client, including internal liaison with relevant team member for required supporting input and information.
You will administer monthly internal cost / value reconciliation and assist and other Commercial team members in submitted payments application and other client require reports.
You will advise project team of cost coding and budgets for the preparation of requisitions & subcontract orders.

Experience/

Qualifications:

All candidates must have 5 years experience with cost management systems - Essential
All candidate must hold a degree or equivalent in relevant industry - Essential
Candidates must be Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

- Essential
Candidates will have great attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills
Candidates must have previous Nuclear site projects experience
Candidates preferably will have experience/worked in Civil or Construction industry previously - Desirable
