Shifts available are full time on nights –

· nights – 38.5 hours a week (3 on 3 off x 12 hr shifts 8pm-8am) with every other weekend off.
Key responsibilities
 
* to provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents.
 
* following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
 
* to ensure that the care home values of trust, respect and care are always maintained.
Person specification
 
* one year minimum experience of working in a social care environment is essential.
 
* a willingness to develop new skills
