Are you ready to use your expertise in psychology to make a life-changing difference for people who need it most?
You'll join the DWP Work Psychology Service (WPS) - a vibrant and diverse community of nearly 100 practitioners. You'll use evidence-based occupational psychology to support people who may be socially excluded, living with health conditions, or experiencing significant challenges that make access to work more difficult.
This is work that matters. Through one-to-one assessments, group-based interventions, and capability-building with Jobcentre colleagues, you'll help people move closer to and into employment. You'll also become part of the Government Occupational Psychology Profession, the largest Occupational Psychology community in the UK, offering substantial opportunities for professional development, connection and growth.
DWP is the UK's largest government department. Every day, we support millions of people across the UK - helping them access employment opportunities, improve wellbeing and make positive life changes.
The scale of what we do is extraordinary, and our purpose is unique. We'd love you to join us.
