MHE Warehouse Operative

We are now looking for a MHE Operative for our Lillyhall site on a Full time and permanent contract
.

Shift Pattern:

• 4ON 4
  
  OFF Rotating (4 Days and then 4 Nights)
• £13.82 per hour.

Your main job duties will include but will not be limited to the following;

• Working in collaboration with the shift Team Leader and site management.
• Completing all tasks to a high standard, swiftly and safely.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the site by completing all tasks swiftly and safely in the warehouse.
• You will be responsible for loading/unloading wagons or containers.
• Scanning all pallets into correct locations and completing all jobs 100%.
• Work to a high standard to ensure all pallets are delivered in good condition.
• Manage your time effectively so all tasks are completed.
• Maintain equipment and report any faults or issues immediately.
• Follow all site safe systems of work.
• Assist team leaders or management team if needed.
• Ensure a full handover to the following shift and site management.
• Encourage awareness of the site rules, including use of walkways, designated smoking, eating and mobile phone areas, and correct PPE usage.

• FLT Counterbalance Licence/experience is essential (In house or Expired Licences will be considered).
• Able to work to targets within a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Must be a team player capable of working on their own initiative.
• Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns.
• Should have good oral and written communication skills.
