Mechanical Team Lead

You'll work closely with an experienced Electrical Lead and manage a capable group including mechanics, apprentices and a charge hand. • Leading and developing a mechanical maintenance team
• Driving machine uptime, reliability and maintenance quality
• Owning all planning & scheduling activities
• Coaching, mentoring and building a high‑performance culture
