Undertakespecialisttechnicalassessments,plan reviews,andsiteinspections. Manageaportfolioofprojects,includingcomplexandhigh-risk developments. Ensurecompliancewiththe Building Act

2010. Evaluate plans,approveorrejectapplications,andoverseeremedialactionswhererequired. Essential Experience Required Deputy Headof Building Control Significantexperiencein Building Control ,includingcomplexandhigh-risk projects. Provenexperiencemanagingorsupervisingatechnicalteam. Experienceworkingwithinalocalauthorityorsimilarregulatoryenvironment. Strongunderstandingofconstructionmethods,materials,andindustrypractices. Experiencewithenforcementproceduresandlegalprocesses.
