This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years practitioner to move into the classroom to share your knowledge and expertise, influencing the next generation of skilled early years professionals. The role also welcomes experienced tutors or assessors seeking a new challenge.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1–5 Early Years.
- Motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
- Provide an enriched curriculum, monitor student progress, and ensure timely completion and achievement.
- Recruit and provide advice and guidance to students on their progression routes, and develop industry links that provide enrichment and work experience.
- Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and monitor learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
- Work as part of the curriculum team at North Notts and collaborate closely with Curriculum Team Leaders; line managed by the Curriculum Manager.
- Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, and a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award and IQA, or willingness to work towards them.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to work towards them.
- Experience in IQA and delivering dissertations.
- Effective, motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
- Ability to engage learners using practical, theoretical and digital methods.
