Pay: £90‑£110 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join friendly and supportive schools. In this role, you'll work alongside teachers to help deliver engaging learning experiences and provide tailored support to pupils of varying ages and abilities.

We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a patient and encouraging approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Experience working with children whether in a classroom, small group, or one‑to‑one setting is highly desirable. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils make progress are essential.
