• A relevant qualification – a BA Hons Degree, Masters, or teaching qualification in Education.

• Strong communication skills – effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Commitment to personal development – a proactive attitude towards training opportunities provided by Academics.
• Safer recruitment – have or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate and undergo relevant right‑to‑work checks (subject to DfE requirements).
