KS1 Class Teacher - Worksop

Position: KS1 Class Teacher.

Location:

Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

Contract:

Full-time or part-time, temporary ongoing (flexible supply). Pay: £130 – £190 per day (paid via PAYE – no umbrella company fees).

Start date:

ASAP or a date that suits you.

As a KS1 Class Teacher in Worksop, you will deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning to pupils in Year 1 and Year 2, supporting their early reading, writing, numeracy and social development. Roles available range from day-to-day cover to longer-term bookings for the right candidate.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs.
• Assess progress and maintain learning standards.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and teachers.
• Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous KS1 teaching experience (Year 1 or Year
  2).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible and professional approach.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
