Schools across Worksop are looking for dependable Supply Teachers who can step into classrooms at short notice and maintain a structured, supportive and positive learning environment. These schools place strong emphasis on consistency, clear expectations and calm behaviour management, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues smoothly during teacher absences.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure students stay focused and productive. This role suits teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work across multiple school settings while making a real impact day-to-day.

• Deliver pre-set lessons across KS1–KS4 where required
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Maintain a calm, structured and engaging learning environment
• Support pupils in staying on task and completing set work
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
• Provide feedback to relevant staff when necessary
• Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)
• Experience working in primary or secondary school settings
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confident, adaptable and professional approach
• Ability to follow lesson plans and school procedures accurately
• Reliable and flexible availability
