Foundation Stage 2 Teacher – Worksop
Are you an enthusiastic Foundation Stage 2 Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities across Worksop?
Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a Foundation Stage 2 Teacher to work on a temporary, ongoing supply basis across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Worksop.
This Foundation Stage 2 Teacher opportunity offers the chance to teach Reception pupils, helping children develop the key skills they need before moving into Key Stage
1. Working as a Foundation Stage 2 Teacher in Worksop allows you to experience a range of local schools whilst enjoying the flexibility and variety that supply teaching provides.

Pay: £130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE, no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay, dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available)

As a Foundation Stage 2 Teacher in Worksop, you will deliver creative and engaging lessons within Reception, supporting pupils as they develop early literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills through the EYFS curriculum.
Working as a Foundation Stage 2 Teacher in Worksop provides the opportunity to work across a range of supportive schools, helping children build confidence and independence whilst preparing them for a successful transition into Key Stage 1.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons following the EYFS Framework
- Support children's learning and development through play‑based activities
- Monitor and assess pupil progress
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Promote positive behaviour and independence
- Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Experience teaching within Reception or Foundation Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Positive and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
