• Teaching Assistant SEND support Worksop
• Often exepected to follow planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Promote an inclusive environment where all students feel confident and supported.
• Help children to develop their social and emotional skills.

• Previous experience working with children, especially in a Primary capacty - covering either in Early Years, key stage one or two. QTS needed.
• A compassionate, patient, and positive approach to working with children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and staff.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment, following school policies and proviidng continuty to all.
