Up to £26.48 per hour plus holiday pay (dependant on experience and teaching qualification)

Ready to shape the next generation of skilled trade professionals? We are seeking a passionate Fabrication & Welding Lecturer to bring real-world industry expertise into our training workshops.
* Deliver hands-on training to students advancing through Fabrication and Welding qualifications.
* Ignite student potential by turning raw talent into industry-ready fabricators and coded welders.
* Forge the future curriculum by directly influencing and enhancing the College's engineering provision.
* Overcome learning roadblocks by offering top-tier, supportive teaching and assessment to every individual.
* Be a master role model for students navigating workshop challenges to achieve career excellence.
You will…
* hold a teaching qualification or be working towards
* hold a level 3+ professional qualification in Fabrication & Welding
* have experience of teaching students/apprentices
* be well organised and able to manage your own workload
* hold an assessor’s award (Desirable)
