Opportunities to secure long-term or permanent school-based roles. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage
2. Work with individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their learning goals. Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and wellbeing. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment. Follow all school policies and safeguarding procedures. To be considered for this role, you will need:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children within a primary school or similar educational setting. A relevant Cache or NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one. A commitment to safeguarding and completing annual safeguarding training.
