• Effectively co‑ordinate resources to provide excellent service to customers by:
  • Forward planning to ensure the right resource is available at the right time in the coming week.
  • Updating the Duty Manager to ensure they are kept well informed and able to pro‑actively support.
  • Supporting managers to co‑ordinate seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
  • Being knowledgeable of department KPI’s and delivering the practical actions required to achieve these.
• Being someone with great communication skills and works well in a team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our customers great service.

• Our Team Support rate of pay starts from £14.31 an hour; this increases to £15.52 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
• It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.
