Management Accountant - Hybrid

Pratap Partnership is supporting a successful international business with the recruitment of a qualified Management Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accountant who is looking for more than a traditional management accounting role. Alongside core month-end responsibilities, the position offers exposure to group reporting, technical accounting activities and wider finance projects, providing genuine scope for professional development and progression.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting whilst helping to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting commentary Balance sheet reconciliations and control account ownership Budgeting and forecasting support Variance analysis and business performance reporting Supporting year-end audit processes Assisting with statutory and group reporting requirements Identifying and implementing process improvements Business partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholders The successful candidate will be: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified An experienced Management Accountant, Finance Manager or Group Accountant Commercially minded with strong analytical skills Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business Motivated by development and progression opportunities The package: £45,000 - £55,000 salary Performance-related bonus Private healthcare Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days home) Excellent long-term career development opportunities
