This role is essential for supporting the day-to-day delivery of a recruitment account, ensuring the client receives the required workforce while providing a positive experience for candidates and colleagues. The role combines on-site workforce coordination with hands-on recruitment activity, including candidate attraction, screening, onboarding and maintaining a pipeline of suitable workers to meet current and future requirements.

Shift patterns:
* 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, Fixed Pay rates:
* 14.42 GBP hourly Must-have requirements for On-site Coordinator:
* Confident communicating with candidates, colleagues and client stakeholders
* Comfortable completing recruitment and telephone screening activity
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and recruitment systems
* Professional when handling confidential or sensitive information
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of an on-site team Desirable requirements for On-site Coordinator:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to travel between Worksop and Doncaster locations
* Flexibility on working pattern and days available to work
* Good communicator
