We are looking for an organised and proactive Apprentice ICT Applications Assistant to join our ICT team. This role involves supporting the delivery, maintenance and improvement of business applications while working towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification.

• Assist with user support, system configuration, data quality checks and testing.
• Develop skills in modern technologies such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.
• Support the council’s digital transformation programme.

• Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English.
• Experience using IT systems.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Organised and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in Microsoft 365 tools and customer service awareness.
