IT Support; 2nd Line Shift Pattern

Salary: £23,000 - 27,000 per year

• Good understanding of computing and software
• Potentially completed a computer science degree
• Keen to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Interest in automation or scripting, especially Power Shell
• Personal projects or self-directed learning in Azure, Power Shell, or related technologies would stand out

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support in a structured modern environment
• Diagnose and resolve 2nd line support issues
• Handle around 10 to 20 support tickets per day
• Use Jira for service management
• Develop Power Shell skills in a practical setting
• Gain exposure to Azure and cloud-based environments
• Support network environments including Cisco Meraki
• Work with internal users and contribute to improving systems and support processes

This role follows a day/night shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off, and offers strong internal development opportunities, with team members progressing into more senior roles.
