* About the Role:

** Based in Bassetlaw Area, you will be working Monday to Friday, between 6.00am and 6.00pm on a flexible rota. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
* Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
* Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
* Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
* Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
* Support and cover staff during absences
* Respond to urgent cover needs across the region
