Job Overview
- The role will offer a variation in work that will include maintenance planned and reactive, projects and installations.
- All tasks to be performed in line within Company and legal Health and Safety procedures.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION TASK RELATED
Maintenance Tasks
- To ensure the following tasks as required are carried out:
- - Day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery
- Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring that all logs and job sheets are filled in as required.
- All reported faults are logged and acted on
- Check sheets filled in.
- Post work sheets filled in.
- Breakdowns kept to a minimum.
Sourcing and stocking spare parts
- Ensure replacement parts are available as required, when following the planned maintenance plan.
- Maintain a list of consumables and suppliers.
Breakdowns
- Taking instructions from the Maintenance Manager, ensure we minimize down time during plant breakdowns at Manton Wood Mill.
