Pre-Cast Concrete Operatives

Senior Salmon are a recruitment agency based in Mansfield and we are seeking Precast Concrete Operatives to join our client's production team in Worksop.

Duties will include the manufacture of high-quality concrete products and we have positions within casting, finishing, Re-bar and set up, so candidates from any Pre-Cast background would be suitable for these positions.

• Manual labouring tasks as required
• Setting up concrete molds and equipment
• Reading mechanical drawings
• Operating hand and power tools
• General production of concrete products
• Casting, spraying, and mixing concrete

• Prior experience in a precast or concrete manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively

The positions are working Days and Afternoons and Nights with an uplift in pay for working afternoon and night shifts. Pay will start from £12.50 per hour increasing for shift work.

These positions are offered on a temporary to permanent basis and will become permanent for the correct candidates.
