Production Operative

Overview

Wrap Operatives assist a team to produce Wraps for our customer to a high specification. Training is provided on machinery such as Grote wrap cutter and Marco scales by the onsite training department. Flexibility to move around the business (e.g., sandwich lines) and operate equipment such as Pro-seal and bread denesters may be required.

• Assist a team to produce Wraps to a high specification.
• Complete training on specified machinery as part of the role.
• Communicate issues directly to the Line Manager.
• Be flexible to work across different lines and operation areas as required.

There is potential for progression to Team Leader and other management roles; progression will be supported and encouraged for those who demonstrate innovation and commitment.
