Area Manager, Manufacturing ​/ Production Production Manager

We're looking for an Area Manager to join our Operations Management Team at Manton Wood. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading factory performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering key manufacturing KPIs across a large-scale food production environment.

Managing 1013 Team Leaders and influencing a workforce of up to 300 colleagues, you'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, health & safety, and developing a high-performing culture.
