Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) - Worthing BN11 Salary: £70,000 plus excellent holidays (over 30 days per annum) and bonus 37.5 hours per week I am seeking an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity who wants to lead and drive a successful and stable team of nurses and carers in this modern medium sized nursing , residential and dementia care home This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly caring and well established provider who puts their staff and residents at the heart of everything they do The home provides high-quality nursing and residential care within a welcoming environment where residents are encouraged to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

You and your team will be working closely with families, GPs and healthcare professionals to deliver kind and compassionate, person-centred care As Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality and performance of the home, ensuring every resident receives outstanding person-centred care while creating a positive, supportive environment where your team can thrive. You'll be empowered to lead your team, build strong relationships with residents and families, and continuously drive quality across every aspect of the service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include Providing visible, authentic and inspiring leadership across the home. Creating a culture where kindness, respect and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do. Ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred nursing and care support. Building strong partnerships with residents, families, GPs, local authorities and healthcare professionals. Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Managing occupancy, budgets and resources to ensure the continued success of the service.

Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations, NMC guidance and all statutory requirements. Promoting meaningful activities, independence and choice for every resident. Driving quality improvement through strong clinical governance and effective performance management. You will be/have:

- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC Pin. Previous experience successfully managing a care home or similar-sized service. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others. Experience managing budgets, occupancy and service performance. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care. A caring, compassionate and values-led approach. A commitment to delivering the quality of care you would expect for your own loved ones.
